Results Of Recent Client Survey:
Recently we contracted with an independent client survey specialist to find out what’s on our clients’ minds. Here’s what we found out:
Among those who responded, overall satisfaction and feeling valued and appreciated were consistently given the highest rating.
When asked, “What is one thing you would change about EX-EL,” two-thirds said “change nothing.” When asked, “What one thing would you NOT change about EX-EL,” frequently mentioned were important qualities such as the staff, quality of work, promptness of service and availability. A frequent comment during the survey was that our clients like the fact that we are locally owned.
All who responded would recommend EX-EL to others. Most
already have, several times over, saving money with our referral program.
